Tiny Teacup Parti Babies... The mom is "Tootsie" a 4 pound CKC black and white parti and dad is "Tuffy" 3 pound AKC Tri Parti. I Can send pictures of mom and updates as the puppies grown. (I dont own these puppies just listing them for family) These pups should all be teacups under 4 pounds.
